My goal is to focus on meeting and exceeding the needs and expectations of my clients. To achieve this, I provide the very best service and put my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. Being an excellent negotiator rounds off my profile making me a valuable partner in the real estate process.
Background
I was born and raised in Germany, so I speak both German and English fluently. After working for 16 years as a paralegal for patent atorneys I decided to take my knowledge and experience in the legal field and bring it into the real estate world. This helps me navigate through the legal documents with ease thereby helping my clients understand the meaning and consequences of the documents they are signing.
Experience
Beginning my real estate business in 2009 in a very tough market has taught me the skills necessary to succeed. I enjoy working with buyers and sellers alike, striving to make the process of buying or selling a home as easy as possible. Taking the pressure off my clients is what I do best - I get paid to ride the roller coaster, my clients simply have to relax and wait in line!
Special Training
I am a trained Relocation Specialist, which means I help corporate clients move their transferees into and out of Washington State. By doing so, I take on the additional challenge of making people from all over the world feel at home in the beautiful Northwest. My own move from Germany to Washington has taught me to appreciate the wonderful state we are living in and I can share my experience, enthusiasm and knowledge with others.
I have recently completed extensive training and now hold the designation of Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). Virtually every aspect of real estate involves negotiation of some sort making this one of the most valuable designations to have.
