To say that Stephanie Needham knows Portland is an understatement. Stephanie is a native Oregonian, with a sincere appreciation for the changes the city has endured. After spending time in Colorado, San Francisco, and New York City, Stephanie came back to Portland to raise her two young boys in 2015. Knowing that she thrived on the excitement of city life, she was thrilled to find her first family home in the neighborhood of Laurelhurst.
Stephanie brings knowledge from her 13+ years in the corporate world as a buyer for fashion watches, lingerie, and kitchen products, to have a keen eye for style, design, and finding that "diamond in the rough" in her real estate endeavors. She has taken her tireless work ethic, excellent communication skills, and her empathetic nature to deliver the best possible experience to her clients. You can count on her to be a calming force through the home buying or selling journey.

When Stephanie isn't at work pursuing her passion in the real estate world, she can be found at home trying to keep up with her two sons, making snacks, taking trips to the park, and bandaging scrapes. She also loves to hike, snowboard, go for long runs, weight train and spin!
