Mark and Jeff moved to Tacoma in 2010 - drawn to the area by its historic architecture, its burgeoning arts community, its revitalized downtown district and its proximity to the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. As relatively new arrivals to the South Sound, Mark and Jeff bring a fresh perspective to the table.

Recognizing that different clients have different needs and expectations, Mark and Jeff limit their business to 15 active clients at any given time, allowing them to tailor the services they provide and effectively attend to the needs of their clients.

Jeff and Mark develop effective marketing campaigns for each of their listings that may include professional photography and videography, floor plans, print advertising, full color folding brochures and dedicated property websites.

A Unique Combination of Skills

Mark and Jeff each developed a unique and valuable set of skills prior to their careers in real estate. Jeff has an MBA in marketing and extensive sales and marketing experience with some of the top companies in the nation.  Mark has a Master's degree in human genetics and years of health care counseling experience. Together, they offer an astute understanding of what sells and a real sensitivity to the practical and emotional concerns of their clients.

Extensive Home Restoration Experience

Jeff has restored more than 50 architecturally significant historic homes since 1993. There aren't many construction-related issues he hasn't experienced first hand. Jeff's years of renovation experience allow him to provide his clients with invaluable guidance and counsel regarding home improvements.
