Shivonne is one of the brokers who make up SGS with Windermere Real Estate: Shivonne, Gaye, and Sarah.

Gaye started her career in Real Estate over 20 years ago, advocating and working to protect her client's interest, both sellers and buyers. Gaye has the experience that it takes to handle all types of situations that may arise in a real estate transaction. 

Sarah 's desire for organization makes our paperwork perfect and transactions seamless.  With a background in counseling, she is a strong communicator and keeps everyone well informed,
