Meet Shirley Kinzer

With over twenty-five years of experience in local real estate markets, I feel lucky to have a profession that I love. My primary goal is to use my years of experience to make the best possible fit between a buyer and seller to ensure each is completely satisfied with their purchase or sale on Vashon.

Living in the Pacific Northwest for most of my life, I have enjoyed the beauty of our natural resources, and have raised my family here. I have been fortunate to live in the San Juan Islands as well as in the Seattle Metropolitan area. Living on the beautiful island of Orcas for many years inspired me to move to Vashon. Both have the quality of life that inspires community.

Recently I bought a little cottage that I am transforming into my own. When not with family or working, I spend time volunteering at the Community Food Bank and the Inter-Faith Council to Prevent Homelessness. I am a member of the Vashon-Maury Garden Club and am a Master Gardener. We plant and propagate seedlings into plants the Garden Club sells at their annual plant sale. I also assist with the Master Gardener clinics on Saturdays and am on a committee to turn Vashon Island into a National Wildlife Habitat garden.

If I can be of service to you, please reach out - I would be happy to meet with you.
