As a proud mother, grandmother and a devoted pet owner to three wonderful dogs - Cinnamon, a toy poodle, and Gigi and Rocko, both French bulldogs - I truly value the sense of home and community.

I hold a master's degree in sociology from California State University, Sacramento (CSUS), and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification, my professional background is rich with experience in public service.
