Getting to Know Me

Having grown up in Hawaii I feel lucky, as an adult, to have landed in the Northwest and work in an industry helping others achieve their dreams. I have a Bachelor degree in Biology, as well as a degree in Paralegal Studies. My work in the legal field has provided me with excellent reasoning skills and attention to detail. I resigned from law, to stay home and raise my daughter.
My husband is a true craftsman with over 20 years in the building industry, and we have loved fixing up houses together. Over the years we have developed a good understanding of what makes a home work.

In My Spare Time...

When I am not working, I can be found with my 11 year old daughter and husband on our small farm taking care of 2 goats, 2 alpacas, 2 guinea pigs and our beautiful Labrador, Daisy, or training with my friends for my next crazy adventure … perhaps for a triathlon, ½ marathon, or ? My life is a wonderful mix of business and pleasure.

Just a little background information, my husband and I were about to do a coast to coast move and had very limited amount of time to come out to WA to look at homes. I was referred to Windermere Realty from another miltary member and that was when I spoke to Sheenah on the phone. I told her my situation and explained how limited on time I had to see homes due to my status. Sheenah understood and reassured me she has experience with military and she will take care of everything I needed. She followed through and so much more. From that point to the final sale, she went above and beyond to help us find something we loved at our budget. She was very attentive to my taste and what my husband and I were looking for. She was very communicative with every transaction. She helped me schedule everything I needed from across the country. She video taped and took pictures of properties I couldn't be there to tour myself. She arranged her schedule and worked on the weekends for me if that was the only time I could fly out. She was so flexible and genuine about everything from start to finish. There really isn't words that describe how much my husband and I appreciate Sheenah and everything she did to get us in the house we have. We love it, thank you again for everything!

We are from Chicago and we connected with Sheena to help us buy a second home in the Poulsbo, WA area.In her email signature it states that "she is with you every step of the way". That accurately describes her committment to doing everything she can to make the real estate experience productive and enjoyable for her clients.Our transaction was complex because it was contingent on the sale of a property we owned in another state.Sheena facilitated the e-signature process that allowed us to sign dozens of documents after we went back to Chicago. Even the closing was handled virtually.At one point, the closing of our property in Poulsbo was delayed because of issues with the sale of our other property.
