I would highly recommend Sheenah Hellmers! She is knowledgeable about the real estate market in our area, thorough in her understanding of contracts and sales agreements, and helped us as her slogan says, 'every step of the way' through a challenging process of reviewing offers and navigating the inspection process to a solid sale closure. She helped us buy a short-sale condo too, and was absolutely on top of things. When one unit we had made an offer on wasn't moving forward, she told us about another unit with a better view. We made an offer that was accepted and are now enjoying condo living!

We are from Chicago and we connected with Sheena to help us buy a second home in the Poulsbo, WA area. In her email signature it states that 'she is with you every step of the way'. That accurately describes her committment to doing everything she can to make the real estate experience productive and enjoyable for her clients. Our transaction was complex because it was contingent on the sale of a property we owned in another state. Sheena facilitated the e-signature process that allowed us to sign dozens of documents after we went back to Chicago. Even the closing was handled virtually. At one point, the closing of our property in Poulsbo was delayed because of issues with the sale of our other property. Sheena skillfully helped us keep both deals together and because of her, we now own our dream home which we will live in when we retire in a few months.
