I am a full time real estate broker here to help you with any of your needs and desires. My focus is to assist you for either readying your home to sell with a comprehensive market analysis and partnering with you through the process of selling. If you are buying, I will be standing by your side to educate and assist you on finding the home that is the best fit for you. I will listen and ask questions and give you great customer service to include consistent communication. I also have a background in interiors working for a builder. I am able to assist you with staging ideas and readying your home for sale.
Homebuyer Classes and Resource
I am certified & have partnered with a mortgage loan officer to teach new and seasoned homebuyer classes through the Washington State Housing Finance Commission and am committed to educating the community on homebuying and giving resources for purchasing a home to even include down payment assistance. I want to be a resource for our community to direct you to all that is involved in real estate.
A Little Bit About Me
I am a native of Olympia, WA. My husband and I have 6 children between us and 4 grand children. My life has been full participating in my children's activities and my husband and I building our own lake home. We recently became snowbirds to Arizona and built a home in a 55 and over community in Goodyear, AZ. I am also licensed to be able to assist you there as well. We love to travel, all outdoor activities, ,entertain and spend time with family.
