We love Sharon so much! We moved to Tacoma from Arkansas and were a little overwhelmed with where to live/buy a home in this area. We were also selling a home in AR that we would be using the proceeds to purchase our new home. Upon first meeting Sharon, she actively listened to our wants, price point, and expectations for home living. She also educated us on structural items to look for when touring homes that were particular for this area. Once we found our dream home, Sharon helped us sail smoothly through, what can be, very complicated next steps (inspection, etc). Sharon was aggressive in making sure that we got our requests fulfilled following the inspection report. She was consistent with her communication and responded in a timely manner with regular check-ins on how things were progressing through our home buying experience.
