About Me

Hi, I’m Sharlys. My office is in Pacific City and my home is in Dallas, so my days often take me between the coast and the valley.

I like hearing what draws someone to a place and what they imagine life there could look like. It’s part of why I enjoy working with buyers. We get to know each other as we look around, talk things through, and figure out what feels like a good fit. Those conversations are one of my favorite parts of the work.

I help people buy and sell property throughout Polk, Yamhill, and Lincoln counties and south Tillamook County. If you have something in mind, even if it’s still just an idea, I’d love to hear about it.
