With over 45 years of combined local business experience, we have deep connections to this area and bring numerous resources, fierce professionalism, and expert advice to guide you through every aspect of your real estate transaction. One goal is paramount when working with our clients and that is bringing every resource with a tenacious focus on your success! After all, this is all about you!
As life-long residents of beautiful Coeur d Alene and the surrounding areas, we have had the opportunity to watch our amazing area develop into what it is today. As business owners we have navigated through the changes in our markets and growth over the years here in North Idaho; with that we have gained a vast knowledge that benefits our clients, their businesses and of course their Real Estate Transaction.
Eric has successfully, with his sister, owned and operated our local Chevrolet dealership Knudtsen Chevrolet. He attended NW University in Michigan, where he earned an associate degree in Automotive Marketing. He also successfully owned and operated an automotive wholesale business for 8 years. After 40+ years in the automotive business, he has elected to step down to allow room for the 4th generation to carry on their family business and join his wife in the real estate business. He is also very involved with the Post Falls community and is our current chair for the Post Falls Chamber of Commerce.
Shari has a diverse background, and has successfully owned and operated a convenience store, an indoor equestrian and breeding facility, a successful Mary Kay business of 70+ women (yes, she earned a career car), and an extensive background in banking. Where she was recognized in the top twenty bankers nationally for US Bank. Through her banking background she gained an extensive knowledge of the lending side of the real estate industry. Prior to becoming a real estate agent Shari was a real estate assistant for 3 years which gave her passion to want to help people with this most important asset in their life.
Together we have five “AWESOME” children! Four girls and one boy! Our poor son who is now a young man is our baby! We are so very proud of our children! We also have the “apple of our eyes” our three beautiful grandchildren who we love so very much! Being grandparents truly is the bomb! When we are not helping our clients, we enjoy boating on beautiful Lake Coeur d Alene and then our other favorite past time, exploring all that amazing North Idaho has to offer on our Harley Davidson!
