Buying or selling a home is more than a financial transaction—it's an important transition for you and your communities. I’m here to make sure this exciting season is handled with care, clarity, and close attention.
- Honesty + warmth = trust and peace of mind
- Trauma-responsive + conflict trained = calm in the storm
- Hard working + tenacious = loyal and creativity
My background in conflict management and as a trauma practitioner means I bring a steady, empathetic presence to what can sometimes be a stressful process. Whether you're navigating big life changes, feeling overwhelmed by decisions, looking toward investment, or just want someone to help discern what next steps are, I strive to be the person for you.
I also bring years of experience in property management and leadership in international nonprofits which means I understand your home is not just an investment, but your safe place to land. From rental properties to long-term ownership goals, I will be completely in your corner. I will walk you through every step of the process with transparency, humor, and no-nonsense guidance.
I have intimate knowledge of Seattle, Snohomish and Whatcom counties and have deep ties throughout Washington State. I am walking in the path of my great uncle, Justus Wiley, one of the last mayors of Ballard. His legacy of community leadership and advocacy inspires me to serve with integrity, heart, and a deep respect for the neighborhoods we call home.
