My background in conflict management and as a trauma practitioner means I bring a steady, empathetic presence to what can sometimes be a stressful process. I also bring years of experience in property management and leadership in international nonprofits which means I understand your home is not just an investment, but your safe place to land. From rental properties to long-term ownership goals, I will be completely in your corner. I will walk you through every step of the process with transparency, humor, and no-nonsense guidance. 

I have intimate knowledge of Seattle, Snohomish and Whatcom counties and have deep ties throughout Washington State. I am walking in the path of my great uncle, Justus Wiley, one of the last mayors of Ballard. His legacy of community leadership and advocacy inspires me to serve with integrity, heart, and a deep respect for the neighborhoods we call home.
