SEATTLE NATIVE

I love Seattle! Raised on the Kitsap Peninsula, my family and I spent a lot of time boating in the Puget Sound and British Columbia. Some of the most beautiful islands and waterways in the world. Seattle has been my home since graduating from the University of Puget Sound in 1989 with majors in Economics and English. My partner, Steve Foss, and I have a great deal of valuable knowledge about the surrounding cities and Puget Sound region. The majority of our business takes place in the city and includes a good deal of both single-family homes and condominiums. We also know the eastside well and sell a handful of homes there each year.

Professionalism is essential and diplomacy a must. I have taken many ongoing education courses to elevate negotiation skills and fine tune seller and buyer services. In addition, I have several business systems in place and close relationships with loan, title, escrow, architects & contractors who provide clients with priority service. The organized and professional level of service allows us to effectively manage business and serve you well.

There are many wonderful charities in Seattle and we give back to the community in many ways. We participate in auctions and fundraising with organizations like our own Windermere Foundation, Boyer Children’s Clinic, Seattle Works, Bailey Boushay, Greater Seattle Business Association, Human Rights Campaign and several others. Supporting our community and helping those in need is so important.
