About Me
I moved to Seattle in 2010 after finishing school in Minnesota. Since then, I have held a variety of jobs, including working as a wild edibles forager, carpenter, property manager, and journalist. My wife, Shanleigh, and I are proud homeowners in both Victoria, BC and Seattle, WA. Throughout my career and personal life, I have developed a passion for property ownership and helping others find homes of their own. I believe that everyone deserves a place to call their own, and I am committed to using my expertise to make that dream a reality for my clients.
Personal Life
When I am not consulting withclients, I enjoy wood working, wine making, abstract painting, reading, and creative writing. I am also passionate about user design and research. Shanleigh and I like to enjoy time off Vancouver Island on our boat, Cascadia, with our two cats, Mr. Strange and Cherise.

Rental and Investment Property Experience
I have had the pleasure of managing traditional rental properties since 2015, as well as building and overseeing successful vacation rental properties on Airbnb since 2018. My expertise lies in beautifying and restoring properties, which has led me to renovate and manage the updates of aged properties and estates. I am not afraid to get my hands dirty, and because of that I have experience in many trades, including carpentry, landscaping, and gardening. I take great pride in consulting on the staging and styling of properties, as well as developing unique accommodations that set them apart from the competition.
