With 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry, I decided to utilize my business experience and transfer my skills into the real estate field. Over the years, I have sold multiple residential and commercial properties as well as assisted with commercial property leasing and escrows within Sacramento, Elk Grove, Natomas, and West Sacramento.
I chose Lyon Real Estate not only because it is the largest real estate company in the Sacramento area with 17 branch offices and over a thousand Agents, but because of the extensive training and continuing education available. Lyon also provides the best technology tools and resources to make finding the right price, the right home easier.
Outside of real estate, I am fluent in Mandarin, I love to cook and during the many years of my Chef career, I have had the great experience of being taught in Napa Valley, Sooyuan Chinese Restaurant for local customers. I also love to swim - 5 times a week, play ping pong - 4 times a week, and sing....yes, I sing at a lot of Chinese communities, including serenading 3 Taiwan Presidents Ceremony and have recorded 2 CDs.
在經營餐飲業30多年後,我決定把我服務人群的關係.經驗.以及心得,都放在我房地產的事業裡,來作為我的終生職業.這些年來,我賣過各种各類的房產:有商業用的餐館,有私人的自宅,還有投資客所買的各類房子,其中投資客的佔大部份,房產遍佈在灣區和Sacramento,其中又以本地佔大多數.
我選擇在"Lyon Real Estate"工作,不僅他是大公司(有17間不同區域的辦公室),超過一仟個員工,同時他還教導我們各方面的知識,以及一些與時精進的法規,讓我們在服務客戶上更能夠得心應手,而獲得滿意的迴響.
除了房地產以外,我個人喜好做菜.在紫微斗數的命盤裡,我有四個"食神"(一般人只有一到兩個,甚至沒有),在幾十年的大廚歲月裡,也曾經在Napa Valley教了五年的中國菜,學生清一色都是當地的老外,我也喜好運動,每星期固定游泳.打乒乓球.我更喜歡唱歌,曾經唱過許多的社團節慶活動包括連續三屆總統就職典禮的國歌(Sacramento地區),也做了多年的歌唱大賽評審,自己也出了兩張 CD.
