We had a lakefront home that we wanted to purchase and also an in city Estate that we needed to sell to make everything happen. It could have been a complicated and stressful process but Sean made it very easy and enjoyable. We were concerned about making an offer without our home even on the market but the Windermere Bridge Loan program was something that Sean shared with us and it was very simple to get. We ended up getting our dream home on a lake and then Sean did an amazing job staging and listing our home and it sold in only 2 days! We couldn't be happier. Within 30 days we were new homeowners and had zero worries about double house payments etc. Thank you Sean and Windermere. I highly recommend Sean Fortune as your real estate agent. Sean is incredibly knowledgeable of the Greater Seattle market and brings a personal touch having grown up in the area. Sean took the time to get to know us and understand our criteria for a home, but also challenged us by asking “why.” This feedback was incredibly valuable and helped us understand further what was important to us. We haven't found a house yet, but I felt compelled to leave a review to let others know what a great experience we've had working with Sean. I've heard a lot of stories from people who either don't like their real estate agent, or simply see them as a means to an end in finding a house. Our experience has been anything but that. Sean has been helping us for over a year now, and we've enjoyed every minute of it. He's responsive and goes out of his way to help us when we need it, and he has a strong understanding of the Seattle market. He strikes a good balance between professionalism, candidness and humor, which makes for some fun showings. We've had plenty of laughs over some of the quirky things we've seen while we're out and about. I would highly recommend Sean to anyone looking for an agent.

Sean made looking for my first home, a condo, super easy. From the moment I first reached out just to ask questions about the home buying process, his responses never felt like he was pushing me into finding a home through him and never made me feel like I needed to rush to buy a home. He's great to work with and really helped me understand all the home buying lingo and the whole home buying process so I felt very comfortable when it was time to make an offer. Sean is amazing. Not much else to say. Even through the busyness of summer 2019 and the pandemic, he remained incredibly responsive even updating us with new information while on a family vacation. The bigger value to us was his ability to help us stay out of our own way in negotiations and the offer process. More than once he helped us off the ledge of despair when every single home we offered on was getting an unheard of number of offers with unreal escalations. We also went with Sean when we sold our condo, and the process was so smooth, at one point I forgot we were in the middle of selling a home. He has an extensive network of people who are also experts at their jobs; inspectors, photographers, seriously the best staging company I’ve ever seen, lenders, etc... just an amazing cadre of pros that handle everything. I’d also like to shout out Windermere, Sean’s office was there for anything we needed the one time Sean was out of cell service. There might be cheaper options, but the money you “save” on commission is more than made up for in the deal making abilities and the service these people provide.10/10 recommend.
