Having called Vancouver home for over 25 years, I have developed a deep love for this community. You can often find my husband and me walking through downtown and Uptown, grabbing coffee at Cariño Coffeehouse, picking up breakfast from Blue Door Bakery, or just enjoying the outdoors.
Before real estate, I spent 13 years working as a Title Examiner for Oregon/Lawyers Title. That experience gave me an insider’s view of how transactions work behind the scenes, allowing me to catch details and manage logistics with a high level of precision. After taking time to raise and homeschool my two children, I brought my love for detail and customer support back to the workforce.
Today, as a licensed assistant alongside Chelsey, I focus on making sure every client feels supported, informed, and cared for from our first conversation to closing day.

Beyond my work with LaRowe To Home, I also serve as the WIN Results Program Manager for Windermere Northwest Living. I lead our dedicated support staff across transaction coordination, marketing, and database operations to deliver smooth, reliable, and market-ready support for our brokers.
Combining my passion for organizational efficiency with a deep commitment to staff success, my goal is to ensure every Windermere broker feels fully supported, empowered, and equipped to serve their clients with confidence.
