Sarah Hallmark is a highly driven and organized Transaction Coordinator

Sarah brings a diverse set of skills to the Transaction Services team and conveys a heightened level of confidence to each file she manages.  Duties include establishing contract based timelines, managing daily tasks & deadlines, providing weekly client updates from mutual acceptance through close, and more.  She works alongside brokers to ensure an organized, smooth, and stress-free experience for all parties involved. 

Sarah is thorough, concise, detail oriented, and faces every challenge with a positive attitude and growth mindset.  Known for consistently going above and beyond to deliver quality care, Sarah enjoys making a genuine connection with brokers and their clients.  Her ability to manage priorities and track a myriad of important deadlines have made her a valuable asset to the Transaction Services team.  With a proactive nature and commitment to excellence, Sarah is a Transaction Coordinator that brokers can confidently count on to help strengthen their real estate business. 

In her role as Transaction Team Lead, Sarah supervises a team of top-notch transaction coordinators with regards to hiring, training, coaching, collaborating, brainstorming, problem solving, staff meetings, file audits, and overall TC development/growth.  She encourages positivity, best practices, and excellence amongst the team while remaining forward thinking and committed to building authentic relationships.

Born and raised in sunny south Florida, Sarah now resides in the charming nautical city of Gig Harbor along with her husband and teenage daughter.  When she isn't hard at work, Sarah enjoys spending time in the great outdoors and traveling around the world one country at a time.
