Sandra's connections to Bainbridge Island go back 90 years to when her grandfather put down roots as one of the pioneer Filipino farmers. Now, with a family of her own, Sandra is excited to continue connecting to this fantastic area and make dreams a reality for all stages of home ownership. 

Just as she picked Whitman for her undergrad, Sandra believes there is a home out there for everyone. But whether you're a homebuyer or a seller, preparation is crucial. With enthusiasm and a one-thing-at-a-time approach, Sandra expertly manages projects, people, and expectations.   

Serving Kitsap, Jefferson, and Pierce County, Sandra is ready to work with homebuyers and homeowners looking to sell. Having had great experiences buying and selling her own homes with Windermere, Sandra was thrilled to join the Windermere Poulsbo office. 

After over 10 years in technology sales, working in real estate may not seem like the most natural career progression.
