My Story

Hello there, my name is Samantha Fox, I am a licensed real estate agent and certified Realtor, serving most of Eastern Washington; specializing in the Tri-Cities area. I am a proud agent of Windermere Group One Tri-Cities, one of the largest and most well-respected real estate brands in the country. With a reputation for quality and integrity, I am grateful to be a part of it. As a Tri-Cities native for the last 32 years, I am highly familiar with all areas in our region and have an appreciation for the small-town feel with big-city amenities. I can vouch for the thriving place that I live in as I am currently raising my own family here. I am happily married to my high school sweetheart and a proud mother to our beautiful daughter. I am a devoted mental health advocate and more than willing to be a listening ear to whomever is in need. I love to travel in my spare time and sincerely treasure my time with loved ones. I simply strive to soak up every minute that this life has to offer. From construction to closing, my experience with facilitating my own multi-generational rambler is what inspired me to get into real estate. My career experience ranges from first time homebuyers to clients building their forever home and everything in between. I am widely skilled in contract knowledge and negotiating; two important skills to have on your side. I have years of new construction experience and I’m very passionate about that process. With that, I have a vast knowledge of builders across the region. I aim to keep up to date on the latest market trends in this ever-changing market so that you don’t have to. This includes updated contract knowledge, to ensure that you’re always protected and well represented; marketing trends, to help guarantee that your home is shown in its best light and with the utmost exposure; building relationships with other professionals in the industry to provide a large network which ensures more awareness of your property and others not yet on the market.
