With a strong architecture and design background, Samantha curated the buying and selling of a number of luxury properties during her tenure as a real estate agent in Manhattan and Brooklyn. In addition, she spearheaded the sales and marketing of several new developments. She is well versed in new construction and resales.

Originally from Portland, Samantha moved to New York to study at Parsons the New School for Design. Once she graduated, she focused on real estate sales in order to marry her love of space, design, and beautiful architecture. She loves what she does and is always determined to find her clients the perfect home.

Not only is Samantha a Portland native but her family has been deeply rooted in the development of the city for many generations. In fact, the Boise neighborhood was named after her great-grandfather who once donated the land to the city. Samantha has long-term knowledge of the Portland metro area and many of the neighboring communities.
