Sam Jaeger is a relationship-oriented Real Estate Broker with a passion for the homes and history of the Pacific Northwest. A Seattle-area native, Sam entered the real estate market in 2018 and has won awards for his performance, including Top 10% Performing Brokers at his previous brokerage in 2022. 

Sam is also an experienced real estate investor, having purchased his first multi-family property in 2012. A lifelong student of Real Estate trends, Sam has since gone on to purchase several more investment properties in Seattle and Tacoma. As a real estate investor-turned broker, he knows firsthand how buyers operate, and brings this valuable insight to every transaction for both the buying and selling side. With buyers an emphasis on creative strategy, Sam ensures that every offer he submits on his clients’ behalf is not only air-tight, but stands above the rest in multiple-offer scenarios.

He’s lived in both the Capitol Hill & the Central District since 2014 and sold his first home in the neighborhood on 19th Avenue in early 2019.
