Whoooeee! It's been a long time. 35 plus years as a Real Estate Broker, and I've loved it... well most of it, anyway. There have been a few yahoos along the way, but mostly great people, many who have become my good friends whom I have sold homes to multiple times. I focus on doing the right thing for my clients, and have talked many families into staying in their home when they are confused about what they should do. Where do I sell?
I mainly sell in my beautiful town of Fair Oaks - on the bluffs of the American River, upstream of Sacramento, with the cutest old town known for its wandering chickens. I also sell in Carmichael, Orangevale, Citrus Heights, Gold River, Folsom, Roseville, Granite Bay and Sacramento. Since I focus on working with awesome people rather than a specific type of property, I work with gorgeous mansions and small condos. I'll help your Mom sell her tiny 60-year home, or find you a smashing estate with a river view.
