We are wholly committed to putting our client’s desires at the forefront of every transaction.  Our passion for Real Estate translates into more than just a career; it is an opportunity to connect with our community on a personal and real level.  Purchasing or selling a home is one of the biggest financial investments you can make in today’s rapidly changing market. With so many different directions to choose from, it is important to have a real estate agent who is committed to promoting your best interests in all aspects of a real estate transaction.  We believe that we are the agents for you!

Born and raised in Idaho, Ryan moved to Coeur d’Alene after graduating from the University of Idaho with his Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing. His passion for business and marketing followed him through a successful career with a Fortune 500 company in the banking industry. Through hard work and commitment to his clients, he was presented the Top Performer Award in 2013 along with the prestigious award of the West Region Top Performing Banking Center Award in 2012.  In just his first year of real estate, he was awarded the Rookie of the Year Award along with being one of the Top 3 Producing Agents in the Post Falls Windermere Branch.  In 2018, he was one of the Top 10 Producing Agents in the entirety of Windermere Mountain West Region.

Raised in Post Falls, Idaho, Morgan has had the opportunity to see the growth of our community occur firsthand and is uniquely qualified to discuss the market trends in Kootenai County and how to make an informative decision based upon your needs!  Morgan brings along with her, her 10 + years of experience as a Paralegal and is proud to be a perpetual learner! She graduated from Lewis and Clark State College with her Bachelor of Applied Science Paralegal and takes every opportunity that she can to continue seeking education.  Morgan was honored to be asked to sit on the advisory board for the Paralegal Program at North Idaho College and did so for five years.  Morgan loves working with those in our community to make our community better each day.

When we are not busy working hard for our clients, we are taking advantage of everything that Idaho has to offer.  We both enjoy camping, hiking, boating, or spending time with our two dogs, Mollie and Maisie.
