Hi, I'm Rose (she/her) and I am a Realtor® helping community activists, creatives and single women become homeowners.

I was born on Ohlone Land and currently live on Nisenan Land. I spent my youth in Sunnyvale, in the San Francisco Bay Area and found Sacramento after graduating from the University of California, Davis with a degree in Sociology and Communication.

Since 2011 I have helped many realize their dream of homeownership. I am passionate about advocating with and lifting up my neighbors and community. I am dedicated to preserving the diverse and historic neighborhoods and families who have lived here for generations.

I am an unconventional Realtor focused on helping my clients become homeowners while at the same time caring about our houseless neighbors sleeping outside on our streets. I envision a world with safe, affordable, and equitable housing for all.

The home buying and selling process is complicated and can be daunting; which is why it is crucial to work with someone you trust. I guide my clients through every step of the process and continue to assist as your agent for life. For buyers, that may be from when you are first wondering if you can buy a home, through the home search and offer writing process, to after you get the keys and start moving in. For sellers that may be providing a comparable market analysis report so you know how much your home is worth in this market, to arranging photographers and 3D tours to ensure maximum exposure for your home, to neogiating the offer and guiding you through the escrow process. Whether buying or selling, my goal is to ensure you know as much as possible, keep you informed of any obstacles we may face and offer a realistic timeline.

I have committed to donating $300 to organizations dedicated to empowering BIPOC homeownership and affordable housing every time a client buys or sells a home.

My clients are in Sacramento and the surrounding areas including Auburn, Woodland, Davis, West Sacramento, Natomas, Elk Grove, Carmichael and Fair Oaks. I've also assisted my clients with moves throughout California and across the country through my network.
