He works with a wide range of clients — from first-time home buyers to seasoned investors — and has helped people successfully navigate primary residences, rural acreage, vacation properties, and long-term rental acquisitions. His approach is hands-on, educational, and focused on empowering buyers and sellers with the clarity and confidence needed to make smart real estate decisions.

A real estate investor for more than seven years, Ronnie owns and manages multiple properties, giving him firsthand insight into building wealth through real estate. He is also experienced in guiding clients through 1031 exchanges and is a Certified Seabrook Pro, offering specialized knowledge of one of the Pacific Northwest’s most unique coastal communities.

Before transitioning into real estate, Ronnie founded and operated a large tree service company. As an ISA Certified Arborist and Qualified Tree Risk Assessor with 20 years in the industry, he led a 15-person team and managed high-volume operations across the region.

A lifelong mariner, Ronnie loves exploring Puget Sound, the San Juan Islands, and the Canadian Gulf Islands. Above all, he takes the greatest pride in being a father to his identical twin girls.
