Personal Background
I was raised in the Madison Park area of Seattle and graduated from Roosevelt High School. I attended college in Seattle. After college I had the opportunity to travel the world with a major US airline. I was able to visit the places I had dreamed about as a young boy and meet many important people who have shaped the history of our world. Traveling the world helped to round my personal growth and develop a greater understanding and appreciation for all cultures. I returned to the Puget Sound area in the late 1980's where I married my wife Cynthia and now have three wonderful children and two energetic dogs.
Professional Experience
I have over thirty years experience in the customer service, marketing and sales fields. I worked for major companies such as K-Mart and Proctor and Gamble. I am very skilled at negotiations and problem solving. I am able to think quickly on my feet thus allowing the best possible outcome for all parties involved.
Professional Real Estate Experience
After taking an early retirement from the airlines in the late 1990's, I decided to pursue my passion for real estate. My first year in the field I received "Rookie of the Year". I have a reputation for honesty and integrity in this Industry. I work with top builders and contractors, which keeps me very knowledgeable about the residential market. My knowledge and expertise of the real estate market allows me to represent the client in almost any transaction. I am a Certified Negotiating Expert (CNE), Internet Marketing Specialist (IMS) and a Short Sale Specialist with Advanced Strategies training.
