Originally from the East coast, I moved to Bellevue in 1984  -  the city has changed a lot in three decades. I raised my family here and watched the city evolve from a quiet Seattle suburb into a major urban center with a vibrant business district, diverse residential communities and active arts and entertainment scene. I live downtown and love the city's energy, walkable access to restaurants, events and parks and it's ever changing skyline. It's a great place to call home. 

After working with two eastside commercial real estate developers I transitioned to residential real estate with a focus on condominiums. Why condos? I love the convenience, comfort, privacy and freedom the lifestyle offers. I've specialized in condos for nearly three decades representing a broad range of clients, guiding them through the purchase of their first home or assisting with up-or-downsizing into a space that fits changing lifestyle needs. With this unique market niche I've earned an industry reputation as a knowledgeable condo expert with local market insight, experience and expertise relating to the unique issues specific to condo laws and ownership, resale disclosures and reserve studies, and the impact these have on financing, use and lifestyle. I am an educator and advocate, providing buyers and sellers  with the market data, knowledge, confidence and support needed to make educated financial and lifestyle decisions. 

I joined Windermere Real Estate over a decade ago. Locally owned, Windermere has deep roots in the community and a commitment to supporting the neighborhoods where we live and work. In 2019 the Windermere Foundation celebrates 30 years of supporting our communities and to date the foundation has raised over $40 million dollars to support organizations assisting low income and homeless families.
