Originally from the East coast, I've lived in Bellevue since 1984. I raised my family here, watching the city evolve from a quiet Seattle suburb into a major urban center with a vibrant business district, diverse residential communities and an active arts and entertainment scene. I live downtown and love the city's energy and the walkable access to restaurants, parks, shopping, events, arts and entertainment venues. It's a great place to call home.
After working with two eastside commercial real estate developers I shifted my career to residential real estate with a focus on condominiums. Why condos? I love the convenience, comfort, privacy, security and freedom the lifestyle offers. I've specialized in condos for over three decades - condos have a lot of moving parts and they can also have their challenges. I enjoy the process of educting and guiding clients through the process to help them purchase their first home or assist with a move into a space that fits their changing lifestyle needs. With this unique market niche I've earned an industry reputation as a knowledgeable condo expert with local market insight, experience and expertise relating to the unique issues specific to condo laws and ownership, resale disclosures and reserve studies, and the impact these can have on financing, use and lifestyle. I am an educator and advocate, providing buyers and sellers with the market data, knowledge, confidence and support to make educated financial and lifestyle decisions.
