Hospitality is at the heart of Robert Ragan’s approach to real estate. Driven by a desire to help his clients through the ups and downs of real estate, his levelheaded presence keeps everyone sane throughout the process. Beyond being a calming presence, Robert genuinely enjoys connecting with people on a personal level, bringing diligence and empathy to every transaction.

Though he’s not a Seattle native, Robert has quickly come to consider the PNW his home. He grew up in Las Vegas and went on to attend the University of Oregon, after which his band, The Higher, was signed by a major record label. Robert’s passion for music is still a big part of his life, though he and his bandmates have left their touring days behind them. Most recently, Robert spent several years caring for his grandmother in Las Vegas, cherishing the time they had together.

Now, Robert is thrilled to channel his passion and energy into real estate. His years as a caretaker helped hone his client-first mindset and service-oriented approach to real estate. Putting other’s needs first comes naturally to him, enabling him to guide his clients based not on the bottom line of the transaction, but the decisions that are best for their wellbeing in the long run. Robert will go wherever his clients need him, happily working from Olympia to Bellingham on everything from investment properties, first-time buyers, downsizers, luxury homes and more.

In his free time, Robert still loves making and recording music, spending time with his family, and exploring the beautiful PNW through hiking, fishing and boating.
