What I'm about
I got into this business with one very simple idea, to make homes pay for themselves. I work with entrepreneurial and investment-minded thinkers to solve problems and set them up on a clearly defined path to earn a profit and replicate their success.
Where I'm going
My own projects will continue as the backbone of my investment portfolio to showcase my skillset and test innovative ideas. I'm currently building my own 1200 sqft, 2 story building featuring 2 Additional Dwelling Units (ADUs) and an attached garge. Going forward into the new year of 2025, I intend to start using my full range of services and expertise in drafting, permitting, and constructing ADUs to supplement the value I offer to my owners.
