Buying and selling real estate is a technical and emotional experience.
As a real estate broker my role is to provide support and guidance, for making informed and confident real estate transaction decisions.  You are the decision maker in this process, I am your resource and avocate.

My strength as a real estate broker is to be a liason for understanding between parties in real estate activities. This is accomplished with meticulous communication, attention to detail, and follow through on all commitments.  My training and background with Windermere and my ongoing ambition to understand current trands and strategies, allow me to represent you through all of your real estate needs.

Most importantly, working hard to help people find the right home (a big purchase) or sell a home (a big decision) is a huge satisfier for me.  Best day ever . . . providing keys to a new buyer!

Personal

I grew up in the Seattle neighborhoods of Queen Anne and Magnolia and graduated from Ballard High School  (BHS).  I am still close with a core group of friends I met at BHS, Go Beavers!

After attending Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, FL, I was a flight instructor in Seattle. Following a career change in my late 20's, I started working in restaurants, worked in wine sales  for a local Seattle distributor, and managed the northwest territoriy for a mid-sized California winery.

When my twin girls were born, I made the decision to change paths to realestate - joining Windermere for the strong training program and outstanding reputation in the local market.  My office is blocks from my home in NE Seattle.

I have an incredibly supportive wife, twin teenage daughters a daughter and son in law in Tacoma.  We are grateful to live in the great Seattle neighborhood of View Ridge on a block with amazing neighbors.

One of my personal goals is to get my float plane rating and take my family on a memorable camping trip to remote lakes around the Pacific NW. We'll have an epic campfire meal paired with a bottle of 1967 Cabernet, a 30th birthday gift from a friend.
