If you're looking for a real estate broker who can decode contracts, calculate capital gains, and still know where to find the best local donuts—you've just met your guy.
Rob Lane brings more than just a sharp suit and a firm handshake to the table. With a law degree and MBA from Gonzaga University and a master’s in tax law from the University of Washington School of Law, Rob doesn’t just help clients buy and sell homes—he helps them think strategically about the financial and legal dimensions of every move.
For over 25 years, Rob worked closely with high-net-worth individuals, helping them navigate tax strategies, estate planning, and personal finance. As a licensed attorney in Washington State and a Certified Financial Planner™, he now brings that same white-glove service to clients making one of life’s biggest decisions: where to live.
Rob grew up in Forks, Washington, where small-town values like trust, hard work, and knowing your neighbors are a way of life. He and his wife Carolyn—a special education paraeducator in Poulsbo—have been married for over 30 years. Together they’ve raised three amazing adult kids who are off launching their own careers and educational adventures.
When he’s not showing homes or reviewing contracts, Rob is usually being herded around by his two energetic English Springer Spaniels, who believe every walk is a race and every morsel of food is fair game.
Rob believes that successful real estate is built on trust, competence, and active communication. His mission? To give you peace of mind while helping you make smart, confident decisions—whether you're buying your first home, upgrading to your dream space, or planning your next move with precision.
Whether you're ready to get started or just testing the waters, Rob is always happy to connect—no pressure, no jargon, and maybe even a dog story or two.
