PERSONAL INFORMATION
Rick has a multicultural background and is well traveled by way of work and outside interests. He was born in Vietnam and lived in Hong Kong, China. Formally from California, he has been a Las Vegas area resident since 2002. His creative abilities led to an education in fashion design at FIDM. A fashion designer for 15 years with Adidas and Bugle Boy. As a designer, he traveled frequently to Asia and Europe visiting such places as Shanghai, Hong Kong, Macau, Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam, Philippines, Japan, Norway and London. He is fluent in Vietnamese and can communicate a little in Cantonese and Chaur Jounese.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Rick is also a certified Property Manager here at Windermere. He wants to provide a full service to his investors by becoming a property manager. Rick and his team at Windermere provide comprehensive management services with AppFolio. AppFolio allows Rick to check tenants credit and criminal reports. AppFolio also allows tenants to fill out their rental application, work order for repair and make their monthly payment online. Owners receive a monthly statement with breakdown of fees and services. Windermere office opens 7 days a week. That is a plus to both owners and tenants.
