About Rick

I am a second generation Real Estate Professional. I have been licensed since 1989 and worked as an associate in my father's Real Estate Brokerage. I was born and raised in North Seattle and have a degree in Urban Planning from Seattle Pacific University. The majority of my business is referral based. I create clients for life by going above and beyond expectations in helping my clients realize their Real Estate objectives. My family resides in the Northwest Seattle area. I help lead a Cub Scout den in Pack 123, and I coach youth Baseball & Soccer. When not hard at work representing my client's, I can be found with my wife Leslie and 4 kids up on the slopes, fishing, or enjoying the great Pacific Northwest outdoors.
