Rick was a true pleasure to work with through what ended up being a very stressful process of selling my home and finding a new home in an incredibly competitive market. Rick was responsive showing me several homes same day, he was very professional even during my few near freak outs of offers not being accepted or a buyer backing out on buying my home, gave me good feedback and recommendations of improvements or things to consider doing before listing my home, and went out of his way to find me the perfect home after several disappointing offers not being accepted. Rick is the quintessential realtor! In August, we met with him and explained our rather quirky property goals. By October, he found the perfect property for us. True to our wishes, it was a quirky property. Every time we encountered a challenge in completing the purchase, Rick had a creative solution. He managed many details and complications--from meeting the well inspector at the property to organizing HVAC work. If we'd had a real estate professional with less expertise, we doubt we'd have this perfect property today. Did I mention that we live nearly 3000 miles away?
