Richie was a true to delight to work with - from the first point of contact, he was consistently speedy and thorough in his responsiveness and was always patient to answer any question I might have. I appreciated his industry expertise, understanding of the local market and good working relationships with other agents, lenders, title company, builder etc. I felt confident in knowing Richie was effectively handling all the details and was great in helping me to navigate my part in the process. I couldn't recommend him more highly! And by the way, he really is as cheery as his advertisements portray - a real joy :)

This is the second time I've used Ritchie, once to buy and once to sell a home. He's so accommodating, knowledgeable and most importantly, he gets results! Sold my house quickly, for more than I expected, and negotiated all the details all the way through closing. There's no better Realtor in the Gallatin Valley.

Richie review MUST READ!!! For anyone selling or buying there is no better choice than Richie and there is no one who could have pulled off what he did when selling my home and then later finding me another. The selling experience was incredible and even with my high stress he responded instantly to my concerns and calmed my fears while guiding me perfectly in what I could do. His communication skills are amazing and he never left me hanging! He spent over $1000 of his own money and multiple days with a construction pro working on the house. He did the impossible and secured an FHA appraisal that I still can’t believe and when I went to pay him the 1/2 of the money he spent he said don’t worry about it. Never in my life have I heard of a realtor doing anything of the sort. His honesty the entire time no matter how brutal made for no surprises and allowed me to be prepared for anything! Now for the buying experience a year later another highly unlikely transaction especially in the Gallatin Valley market was made on my behalf and I’m still in shock and couldn’t be happier. Richie knows this market so well he was able to write up an offer with a price so perfect they accepted immediately while I was praying for just a slightly higher counter. Truly a blessing he knew the perfect fit for me and showed me immediately at the only time I had available on a weekend. His time is your time and he makes anything work always being incredibly flexible. His work ethic is unmatched always doing far more than required with paperwork, phone calls, contractors and found me the lowest flood insurance rate available. He is constantly on top of everything that by the time I worried about something and called him he was already on it! He even helped me move in when I couldn’t find help and gave me an almost 100 mile ride to get my other vehicle. I owe this guy more than he knows and I made a point to write this review so that hopefully others won’t miss out on the opportunities only Richie could make possible. This guy will do everything for you and then some I guarantee it’s a decision you won’t regret!!

My Husband and I would HIGHLY recommend Richie Pemberton for your next real estate agent! He is incredibly dependable, absolutely professional in every way! He knows the area and surrounding areas incredibly well! We felt very safe and never pushed or manipulated into anything we didn't like. We were so pleased with how he listened to our needs as a family of 5 and worked tirelessly to find something in our price range. We are so thankful we were able to have him sell our Condo and then finding us a Dream House that we moved into without any delay! We recommend him to all of our friends, you will not be disappointed! He is quick, professional, and sharp! You ask and He will make it happen!

Purchasing a home is the largest and most important investment most of us make. Having the best professional available to assist is of utmost importance. Richie Pemberton is that professional. You will feel like you are his only client. He is literally and figuratively an officer and a gentleman. We viewed more than a dozen properties over period of several weeks. We met a spectrum of agents from deplorable to stellar and always came away proud Richie was ours.We had the best!!

I was a first time home buyer, when I randomly stumbled upon Richie through zillow. Richie was great for me. He took me to every home I wanted to look at; which sounds easy, but not in this town. Houses go so fast and Richie is prepared for it. He took me to houses and neighborhoods that fit my needs. He answered every random question I had, wether on the spot or getting back to me. He got me through my first home purchase with the ease of mind of having an expert backing me. When things out of our control went wrong, he was on it!! Even after I closed, he resolved an issue; one that I assume most other realitors would have left me high and dry with. Richie also recently purchased a moving van which was huge for us in our situation. Richie is a great guy that will set you up right. There is no question about his 5 star rating.

Richie was outstanding from the first time we met. He took us from start to move-in and every step in between with professional style and grace. Richie was great. He guided us through the process of buying and selling a house at the same time. He knew his stuff. He answered all of our questions and went out of his way to meet all of our needs and requests. He was always available and responded very quickly. He and his wife had their first child right in the middle of the process of our sale and he never even missed a beat. He was informative, thorough, respectful, and honest. I have always been a little distrustful of realtors for a number of reasons, but I felt that Richie always acted in our best interests.

When considering a realtor to sell my house, I didn't consider anyone but Richie. I had never met him personally. But I knew he had grown up in Manhattan. I believed he would know the people interested in buying homes there. Also believed he would have a good grasp of the real estate market there. He met with me prepared to answer all my questions. He walked me through what I could expect once the home was listed. I had immediate interest from persons wanting to view my home within an hour of it being listed. Four interested parties did walk throughs in next three days. House was under contract within 72 hrs. Richie was patient with me when I was anxious. He returned texts and calls within minutes. He is a genuine individual. I consider him a friend now and plan to stay in touch. Please consider him as your partner when the time comes to sell your home or buy a new one!

I could not have asked for a better realtor than Richie when I was buying my first home. I am a single mom and was very nervous about the whole process but Richie was there the whole time with answers to all of my questions. Richie was a dream to work with from start to finish. Buying a home is an exciting process, but it is also stressful and overwhelming. Richie's professionalism, integrity, and friendly demeanor made the stress associated with the process much less than it otherwise would have been. Richie was diligent in responding to all of my questions and concerns and incredibly proactive about trying to find listings that met the criteria I had given him. He was also very responsive; I cannot think of a single time that I had to wait for a call or text back. Overall, Richie went above and beyond what a realtor is obligated to do, and I would highly recommend any potential buyer enlist his services.
