Hi, I’m Richard, a licensed Realtor serving Eastern Washington and North Idaho since 2020. I help people buy, sell, and invest in residential real estate with confidence and clarity throughout every step of the process.

One of my greatest strengths is my knowledge of local market conditions, combined with my ability to build strong relationships with cooperating agents. This allows me to negotiate effectively and secure favorable terms for my clients. While real estate transactions can sometimes feel stressful, I strive to make every experience as seamless, smooth, and positive as possible.

Before entering real estate, I worked as a professional guitar teacher and public-school chess coach. Those experiences helped me develop patience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to guide people through complex decisions with confidence and care.

Outside of work, I enjoy wake surfing, paddleboarding, skiing, and traveling to tropical destinations. One of my greatest accomplishments is raising my two adult children, whom I cherish immensely.
