We had the best experience imaginable working with Rich Lamb on our recent real estate purchase. Rich took the time to understand the purchase we were trying to make, and ensured that all of the proper details and contingencies were included in the offer & contract. We were amazed with how much effort he put into ensuring all details of the deal were accurate and how much follow through time he committed on these items (such as quality of well water, capacity of septic systems, local regulation compliance, etc.). Most importantly, Rich always had our best interests in mind, and made sure we had options to exit the deal, even though this would have not been to his benefit considering his hours invested. Rich is a man of integrity who can be trusted to protect his customers interests, and will put the effort in to understand the deal constraints and protect his client. We would definitely work with him again in the future, and recommend him to anyone needing a real estate agent.

You should stop reading reviews now and make Rich your realtor. Honestly, he went above and beyond for us. We ended up selling 2 properties with him and purchased a new build. This resulted in us working with him for over a year. Throughout that entire time, Rich continued to communicate with us to ensure everything was going smoothly. He provided us with all the necessary information we needed and gave us advice based on his experience with the market.
