Whether it's an exceptional multi-million dollar property or a studio condominimum, I come to you with experience on Queen Anne/Magnolia/Belltown/Downtown, or Capitol Hill/Madison Park/Madrona, the Greenlake neighborhoods or West Seattle. I'm out there - knowledgeable and aware. If it's outside the general Seattle area, I have a coveted group of agents available to refer you to who likely know your neighborhood better than I.

By becoming a Certified Residential Specialist - I have the prestigious designation and the highest level of education of a Realtor, of which less than 3% of all real estate professionals achieve.
