Rene is the best realtor we have ever worked with. She pays attention to all the details, stays up to date, and is one of the hardest-working real estate agents that we have encountered. Her advice on big and small things to help sell your house is spot on. We sold our house within a few weeks, never having to stage it or move out. We can't say enough about her knowledge and pricing of our local area. She was extremely easy to work with and so pleasant and encouraging . She was in touch with us several times every week and did so even on her well-deserved vacation. She is the best.

Rene and her team are true pros. There's lots of realtors out there---Rene is one of the rare ones who knows how to navigate buying and selling. She helped us get our dream house amidst a fierce bidding war and then sell our townhouse (in a flooded market) in just 5 days for over asking! The best.

Rene Stern and her partner Kim Wesselman acted as a great team to provide continuous, seamless support during a almost year long search for a home in Seattle which happily ended in a great purchase of a home that I love just about a month ago. They were amazing....I would find a house I was interested in looking at, while living in California, and they would be ready to help me when I arrived in Seattle (often the next day) to look at the property, sometimes just a day before offers were being accepted! And then they would be ready to schedule inspections or whatever I needed to decide about bidding, and then offer excellent advice about the pricing, value, timing etc. Although this review is listed under Rene Stern, her partner, Kim Wesselman, was the one taking care of my offer, purchase, closing etc. and she was excellent in all the ways listed above. Both great!

Selling a home doesn't have to be difficult and agonizing. Emotionally let go of your house, find great agents, and pay attention to their advice. We could not have done this without the amazing team of Rene Stern and Mary Lee. Good teamwork adds dimension and depth to the process not otherwise expected. They answered my phone calls right away, and responded to my endless texts quickly. Rene Stern and Mary Lee made the process of selling a house less daunting, they were respectful of our opinions, protective of our interests always, and encouraged and supported us with kindness and honesty throughout the process. As a result, we sold our house 10% over asking price, on the first day in a challenging market. That's a success story for us, and for Rene Stern and Mary Lee. Rene came in last minute to help us close on a house (our former agent had a conflict) and did fabulous job walking us through the process. She was very responsive and walked us through the steps to get to a signed contract. She understood the area, and helped us negotiate well - both the actual haggling with the seller as well as helping us get comfortable ourselves. Would definitely recommend Rene to a friend.

Rene is GREAT! Very knowledgeable and professional. She made our whole experience better than we ever thought it could be.
