About Me

Hi, I’m Rebecca - Your trusted Kitsap broker! I have a passion for real estate that started in my youth. I grew up in Vermont, where my dad was a painting and general contractor. I tagged along on jobs from the time I could walk and fell in love with the old, ornate Victorians, the tiny cabins in the woods, and everything in between! 

Whether you are buying or selling your first home or your last, I am here to walk you through each step with care, precision and fun! I know real estate transactions can be stressful, but I am here to take the stress off of your shoulders, and let you enjoy the process. I chose to work with Windermere because of the high ethical standard and family feel we embody. I am truly here for the relationship, not just the transaction. My claim to fame is my clients who I spent four years showing homes to, only to have them purchase about a quarter mile from the very first home we looked at on the same street! They are now dear and trusted friends and will be for life! 

When I present your home to the market, I treat it like my own, taking time to pre-inspect, deep clean, stage and market to get maximum attention from the eligible buyers who are out there. I have a network of over 1000 agents in my personal sphere who receive your listing the moment it goes to market. 

I take great pride in helping to manage our office and mentor our new agents. I think the more success we see as individuals, the more we can help one another as a team! This in turn creates happy clients and successful and smooth transactions for all. 

When I'm not working, you can see me around the beaches and forest trails with my three rescue dogs, or home cuddling my two cats, while playing scrabble or cards with my husband of over 16 years! I love the arts, both participating and attending, and travel is in my soul!
