Randy and his team are the best.
All we wanted was a 10 acre rural lot to build our last home... Not daunting at all.
Then add in my wife's plans for a flower farm and it got complicated real fast. Road access, public accessibility, proximity to population centers...
Questions, questions, questions... and he had a lot of great advice.
He listened to all our dreams for the place we wanted to build. He and his team sent us a TON of possibilities.
On a whirlwind tour I flew in from Arkansas and he took me on a grand tour of Spokane.
Then two weeks later he travelled the same ground with Lisa, who stayed home with the horses on my trip.
He was a trooper. Made sure we got our farm continuation documents in. Answered questions even after the sale.

When I first met Randy at his office, the parking was a little busy. Instead of having me park away from the building he followed me back to my hotel and picked me up there. That is the thoughtfulness of his character. We looked at several homes that day. But not only that he gave me a full blown tour Spokane, and basically a history of specific neighborhoods that I was shopping. This made my decision making much easier. I did get my dream home in Spokane. After making an offer, he walked me through everything and WOW everything went so smooth with disclousures and the home inspection. I didn't have this experience with my last home purchase. Thank you from the bottoms of our hearts!! I would refer Randy to my family and friends in a heartbeat. I would rate 10 stars if I could. Also his referral of Mike Reis for my financing was excellent. Thanks again and a job well done.
