My Background
My whole life has been dedicated to Sales and Management. After having been with Nordstrom for over 8yrs I decided I wanted a change and I got my Real Estate license while down in California. I worked with The Prudential Real Estate team in 1989 in Del Mar, Ca. and started my Real Estate Career in the sun. I worked with a spec builder (GRS Construction) and helped to design, list & sell their custom homes. In 1995 I moved back to Seattle and continued my Real Estate career working with builders in the area also developing my resale clientele. Some of the Builders I have worked with include Polygon NW, Harbour Homes, Murray Franklyn Family of Companies, John Buchan Homes & Camwest. I have represented and managed several new construction communities. I worked with Polygon Northwest for 3 yrs.(2000-2003), selling out the Highlands East community in Snohomish. Highlands East consists of over 500 single family homes, detached homes and adjacent Condo communities , The Ridge and Magnolia.
I've worked with The Murray Franklyn Family of companies out on the Plateau in Issaquah and Sammamish and sold and mangaged several communities in the bothell/Mill Creek area. Fernwood Hills, Fernwood Grove, Stratford court to name a few.
I've always enjoyed new construction along with resale because it offers me the flexibility to sell new homes, keep up with the new trends in construction & also develop my personal clientele listing & selling older homes too. The opportunity to make new relationships and meet new people on site is fun and satisfying. It's exciting to be able to help people find the right lot and a floor plan that fits their needs and desires and watch it being built from the ground up.
My Area
Having sold out the Highlands East community with Polygon NW in 2004 & 2005 as the builders on site manager, I decided to stay in this area and continue to develop my relationships in the Snohomish, Mill Creek, and surrounding areas. At that point I joined the Windermere Team in Mill Creek. I am excited about the growth we've see in this area and some of the wonderful changes. We have two new schools in Snohomish, Glacier Peak High School and Little Cedars Elementary. We also have The New Mill Creek Town Center with lots of new shops and some fabulous Restaurants.
Goal
My goal is to continue to develop the relationships in the Snohomish, Bothell, Mill Creek and surrounding areas and share my expertise with those wishing to move in or out of the area. I look forward to meeting you.
