My property, although immaculate, was a challenge because the dues are higher than some in the area and there is a costly project looming that will require special assessments. Preston priced and marketed the property perfectly. I had two offers within the first week of availability. I closed 45 days later without a hitch. It hadn't been on the market for 7 days, despite the association challenges!

My husband and I decided we wanted to buy a property in the North Seattle/ Bothell area so that I could attend the university and enjoy everything the area has to offer. I felt bad at first because we weren't sure about the exact area or the price range we wanted. Also, we are from out of state so we were only in the area for 5 days. I did not think we would find a place but Preston took us out to look at properties as much as we wanted. I couldn't believe how he worked around our schedule. He was so friendly and knowledgable. We ended up finding a great place and put in an offer a day before we left. We closed on the place within a month and over 1,000 miles away. I was nervous about buying a place that far away, but Preston made the process so easy. He let us know what to expect and what we needed to do. I couldn't believe how fun the whole process was instead of stressful. Preston and everyone we worked to buy our new home was so amazing!
