About Me
Praoevala (Pra-va-Lai) is my birth given name. It is Thai. I grew up in the south of Thailand, in the province of Petchaburi. I came to the United States in the early 80s to be with my mom a few years later I became a U.S. citizen. This country has allowed me to grow and live the American dream. I became a founder of The Gammon Enterprise, Inc. where we focused on the satellite retail business from 1994-2004. During that time I learned and grew my interest in real estate as I was purchasing my own home and began to make investments in the property I purchased. It was a very satisfying adventure to see things transform. In 2004 I made another career change and went into the service business and owned and operated 3 full service salons. Yet my love for real estate never left me. I continued to purchase and make improvements in my property. I love and enjoy watching the final outcome.
Along the way I met so many helpful, generous and kind people. I try to give back by donating blood, participating in fundraising for multiple organizations, donating my time at the Food Bank, and helping people of faith to have a place of worship or simply just help those who are in need. I became a realtor because I want to help those who are seeking the American dream like me. Either you are a first time home buyer, investor, want a vacation home, downsizing or having to make some adjustments, I am here to help. I joined Lyon Real Estate because I believe in their values. I feel I can give back by sharing the dreams that this country gave me. Whatever your real estate goals are, I can help you get there.
