Phyllis Ohrbeck has earned her associate brokers, Graduate Realtor Institute and Certified Residential Specialist designations.
In 2011, she was the 43rd Realtor in the country to earn a Certified Negotiation Expert Designation. Truly in the top 1% of agents in the country in negotiation skill training. From 2014-2017, she was the Appointed State Director of Washington Realtors.
Phyllis has been appointed to the Seattle King County Realtors Government Affairs Committee 2015-2017 & 2017-2019
