Phillip Marshall serves as Director of Agent Services at Windermere Services Mountian West, bringing over 20 years of experience in sales, account management, and business development to the Spokane market. Since beginning his real estate career in 2022, he has focused exclusively on Spokane and recently stepped into his role supporting agents on the operational and back-end side of their business.

In his position, Phillip leads agent development, recruiting, coaching, and systems implementation, ensuring agents have the structure, tools, and support necessary to operate efficiently and perform at a high level. He is both people-focused and performance-driven, believing that strong systems and a supportive culture are essential to long-term success.

A graduate at the top of his class from one of the nation’s most rigorous stress-inoculation police academies, Phillip brings discipline, resilience, and composure to his leadership approach. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, snowboarding, off-roading, traveling, and spending time with his wife and young son.
