Phil Doerflein

Phil Doerflein, Associate Broker, GRI

Phil Doerflein is an Assocaite Broker with Windermere Sun Valley, located in Ketchum, Idaho, the home of America's first ski resort.

Phil is a Graduate of the Realtors Institue, earning the GRI designation.  Phil also holds the RSPS certification. The Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) certification is for REALTORS® who specialize in buying, selling, or management of properties for investment, development, retirement, or second homes in resort, recreational, and/or vacation destinations.

Experience:

Before a full time move to Sun Valley Idaho in 2006, Phil served individuals and businesses with real estate transactions in Seattle Washington, while affiliated with Real Property Associates.  Phil was also active in the ski & bicycle industry as a co-founder of Bothell Ski & Bike and Bikesale.com.  Phil also enjoyed working as an auctioneer, conducting many charity and commercial sales throughout the Northwest.

• Central Washington University - BS Accounting, BA Business Administration

• Idaho Real Estate Broker, Idaho School of Real Estate.

• Idaho Real Estate Appraisal & Washington and Idaho state required Sales Person curriculum
