My husband and I are first time home buyers and there was a lot of unknown territory for us to navigate, but Peter was great at helping us understand the process and guiding us to make informed choices. The house we ended up buying was not one we were planning on viewing that day. Peter was able to contact the seller's agent right away to set up a viewing for later that same day. I felt very lucky to have Pete on my team. This is my second home buying experience and in this market can be daunting at times. He's as honest and reliable as they come. I cannot say enough great things about Peter. As first time home buyers in the Seattle area, my wife and I were a bit tentative when we started the home search. All of that hesitation and doubt immediately got put to rest once we connected with Peter. His expertise and professionalism made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. We really appreciated how patient he was (even after showing us 20+ homes) and understanding he was given our very specific situation. Peter actually had a previously planned international vacation during the first week of our home search but that did not slow down his responsiveness at all. He him still made the time to reply to emails and answer calls on a daily basis. The last thing we really enjoyed about working with Peter was his honesty. He always gave us a straight answer and was transparent during every interaction. We trusted him completely and knew that he had our best interest in mind during the entire process.

Peter was a great communicator and extremely accommodating during the whole process. He made the whole process easy and enjoyable. He showed us several houses until we found the perfect one and worked with us the entire 48 hours of negotiating, even later hours into the night. We now are happily in our first home and couldn't be happier about the ordeal.

For our first home in Greater Seattle area, we talked to about 3 realtors & decided to go with Peter. We decided to go with him because he assured us that he would tour homes with us personally , not send anyone else from his team. It was important for us that our realtor accompanied us to the homes. We loved working with him, he was responsive, detail oriented. We were lucky that we found our home within 3 days that we had toured with Peter. We did look at about 25 houses with a different realtor before. Peter helped us in very way possible until the closing which took 6 weeks as the house had some HOA compliance issues, he would follow up with the seller's agent and made sure all issues were resolved in time.
We had a great time working with him and would definitely recommend him.

My wife and I moved from California to Washington (Seattle Area) mostly in the midst of the 2020-2021 COVID pandemic. Because of this, it was rare that one of us could view houses in person. Peter learned quickly the type of house we were looking for and the areas we were looking to live in, despite multiple shifts and changes on our side. Peter adapted quickly to the changes and had such a solid understanding of our interests that when we saw something we thought we would like (through pictures) he was able to look at the place in person and tell us what he knew we wouldn't like about it. That saved us a lot of flying and also left us feeling well understood despite our shifts.
It took us almost a month to actually move into our new house after the purchase, and during that time Peter checked on the carpet installation for us and also was available to receive our car as the delivery took place the day before we arrived in the Seattle area.
We highly recommend Peter and we will definitely recommend him to anyone we know looking for a home.

We found Peter through a mutual acquaintance and he turned out to be the absolute best person for the job. We had the daunting task of searching for a home while still living in California. The market was pretty dynamic and inventory was moving quickly. After an initial visit and tours, Peter got down to business and kept us apprised of the latest listings. We were outbid on a couple of promising properties, but kept our focus and were able to find a suitable property. Naturally we hard to make it hard on ourselves by closing quickly before heading out of the country. Truly couldn't have worked without Peter's involvement. We very much appreciate his efforts and now own a home in Seattle.
