Pete had previously sold a home for me in 2000 and I was pleased with the results. He was the first person I phoned when I decided to sell. He did his marketing research and was able to have the home photographed and virtual tour created and home was placed on the market within days.

I had listed my property with a different agent originally, we were with him for 5 months and very few showings. I did not have good results, he priced our property to high in comparison to other properties in the area with no feedback or ideas. Pete was recommended by a good friend. We met and had a good conversation. We listed our property with him, he gave us feedback on what he thought might help. He had a showing with other agents and listened to their comments. When our home started showing he listened to what shoppers were saying Within a few weeks we put a plan together, made minor changes, massaged the price and all of a sudden we had families looking at our home and making offers. Our property sold shortly after.
I will use Pete's services the next time we sell a home and would highly recommend him.

The coronavirus had an impact on a lot of the sales techniques so a lot of it wasn't applicable
