Following my mother Georgia and one of my 8 brothers, Patrick into Real Estate in 1993, I've worked and grown in knowledge and expertise for 27 years. I've been community sales manager for several builders including 14 years with John Buchan homes, a high end builder on the Eastside. In addition I've sold small homes and condominiums to multi-million dollar lake front properties; from Everett to Spanaway and Bremerton to North Bend. My success is from attention to detail and close communication with my clients.
I chose to move back to my roots in Seattle 4 years ago and joined my brother Patrick's office on Capitol Hill. I did that because of his reputation for integrity, constant education, and close attention to the pulse of the market. Today's market poses many challenges with regard to it's velocity. Multiple offer situations call for delicacy, tact and deft coordination. I focus on the best strategies to offer my clients the most rewarding outcomes.
My business is primary referral-based because my clients feel compelled to recommend me to their friends and family. Coming from a large family, makes adding more friends and family second nature. I care deeply about results over all else.
